i wonder why do i get diarrhoea everyday.

lactose intolerance?
i hardly drink milk and dairy foods
(reason why i have calcium deficiency..huhu..my nails are cracking.*sigh)

then?
i can't think of any
what else do i eat?
i rarely eat chillies anymore

of course i dont drink...

stop haunting me

Even I will admit that I want it all
